Hey, I’m Callum, the founder of Run Daily. This brand was born out of one of the toughest moments of my life as a runner.

A few years back, I was in the best shape I’d ever been in. Training hard. Smashing PBs. Waking up hungry for the next run. Running wasn’t just exercise; it cleared my head, kept me grounded, and gave me purpose.

Then it happened.

Without warning, everything collapsed.

A brutal overuse injury hit... intense calf pain and chronic shin splints that made every step feel like fire. One week I was cruising through long runs… And the next, I couldn’t even jog to the end of the street. I went from planning races to gripping the handrail just to get downstairs.

In a single moment, the unstoppable runner I thought I was… was gone.

It was being forced to stop running, losing progress, losing routine, losing the thing that kept me sane.
